We are looking for results-driven Sales Managers, having a flair for and experience in leadership and selling. Your role will ensure generation of and strategic contribution towards target revenues for the organization by managing a 60-80 member sales team, directed towards driving business while making the future of the country. This is a high-engagement role and thus requires people who are self-motivated and have a go-getter attitude. Location - Gurugram, Haryana

Responsibilities :

- Develop an overall business plan, including sales strategies and profit goals

- Forecast sales targets and target achievement by the team

- Assess performance results and adjust the sales program accordingly

- Relay information about and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics

- Generate reports on the team's input metrics, revenue generated and overall performance

- Provide daily report of sales success and communicate VOC data to superiors

- Build and execute processes and sales strategies in a dynamic and fast-paced environment; adapt to change with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn

Requirements:

- Graduation or Post Graduation, preferably in B.Tech., B.Sc. or MBA from top institute

- 5+ years of related work experience in sales / marketing / business development

- 2+ years of leadership experience in FMCG, Banking, Telecom sales

- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM software and related tools

- Strong organizational, numerical and analytical abilities

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi

- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Demonstrated ability to build and scale processes, especially for a startup
