Mission for the Role :
You will be working to catalyze this growth from 1 to Infinity. In ensuring that Doubtnut reaches millions of kids across the world and plays a pivotal role in making education accessible, your role will be vital. Towards this, we aim for our business to grow at a rate of 100% M-O-M.
Scorecard :
In the first 1 month
- You will understand our current platform and build confidence by working closely with cross-functional stakeholders
- You will be driving revenue innovation through various projects/ models with sales team members
- Every revenue innovation project will be documented with processes and procedures for ideation, prototyping and production
In the first 3 months :
- You will build your team and win confidence among them
- You will play the role of Idea Finder and Idea Manager
- You will show stable revenue growth along with new projects (2 to 3 Projects at any point of time shall be executed by the team)
- Successful projects will need to get implemented at scale - This would mean working with Sales team and other stakeholders to ensure implementation of the innovation
- You will also start playing a pivotal role in introducing new products/ process that could fuel growth
In the first 1 year :
- You will mentor and grow your team.
- You will play an important role in the Sales leadership team contributing to the P&L
- 50% of the revenue of the organization should have come from your team
