Location - Gurugram, Haryana
Responsibilities :
- Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
- Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors
- Generate reports on the team's input metrics, revenue generated and overall performance
- Plan and budget to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
- Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and recognition
- Build and execute processes and sales strategies in a dynamic and fast-paced environment; adapt to change with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Lead a large, multi-level sales team structure, focussed on creating a balance between organizational growth and individual growth
Requirements:
- Graduation or Post Graduation, preferably MBA from a Tier-1 institute
- 12+ years of related work experience in sales / marketing / business development
- 5+ years of leadership experience in FMCG, Banking, Telecom, Insurance sales
- Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel, CRM software and related tools
- Strong organizational, numerical and analytical abilities
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale processes, especially for a startup
