About the Role:
As a key member of the Founder's Office, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing strategic initiatives while driving cross-functional objectives across the organization. This role involves strategizing to meet the company's goals and aligning efforts to achieve them.
You will play a pivotal role in discussions, ensuring clear objectives are set during meetings and are actioned by the relevant stakeholders. Additionally, you will manage critical charters, acting as the liaison between the Founder's Office and various functions to ensure that organizational goals are met within designated timelines. You'll also have the opportunity to work on strategic projects that align with business needs-ranging from establishing new processes to exploring business opportunities or optimizing existing ones. The role also involves identifying and addressing gaps in current processes and initiating new ones to enhance execution efficiency.
Beyond internal processes, your responsibilities may extend to conducting market and competition analysis, developing acquisition and retention strategies, preparing investor write-ups, and managing multiple stakeholders including investors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute cross-functional, organization-wide projects or initiatives, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to drive decisions and ensure alignment.
- Streamline company-wide activities in line with Founder priorities, identifying key focus areas that require attention.
- Break down complex problems and develop sustainable solutions with various stakeholders.
- Identify gaps in existing processes and initiate new processes to improve execution efficiency.
- Conduct market analysis, competition analysis, and contribute to the formulation of acquisition and retention strategies.
- Develop and maintain project plans, conduct review meetings, and provide updates on status and risks to the CEO.
- Champion efforts across the CEO's office to enhance team effectiveness.
- Ensure deadlines are met by collaborating as a thought partner across different charters.
What We're Looking For:
- Graduate from Tier I Engineering/Commerce Institutes (IIT, NIT, or other reputable institutions).
- 4-6 years of professional experience, including 1-2 years of consulting experience.
- Experience in Strategy/Operations roles or working within the core team of a startup.
- Proven ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building strong relationships.
