The role of a Campaign Manager is focused on planning, executing, and managing marketing and advertising campaigns to promote a product, service, event, or a specific cause. Campaign Managers play a critical role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and achieving the marketing objectives of a company or organization
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy: Developing comprehensive campaign strategies in alignment with overall marketing and business objectives. Understanding the target audience, market trends, and competitive landscape to design effective marketing approaches.
- Planning and Coordination: Creating detailed campaign plans, timelines, and budgets. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as creative, content, design, and digital marketing, to ensure seamless execution of the campaigns.
- Content Development: Overseeing the creation of campaign-specific marketing materials, including ad copies, visuals, videos, and other promotional content.
- Advertising and Media Buying: Selecting appropriate advertising channels, such as social media, search engines, display networks, print media, TV, radio, etc. Managing media budgets, negotiating with vendors, and optimizing ad placements for maximum impact.
- Digital Marketing: Implementing digital marketing strategies, including email marketing, social media marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), and search engine optimization (SEO), to reach and engage the target audience.
- Data Analysis: Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). Using data insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize campaigns for better results.
- Tracking and Reporting: Creating regular reports and presentations to update stakeholders on campaign progress, performance, and ROI.
- Campaign Optimization: Continuously monitoring campaigns and making real-time adjustments to optimize performance, reach, and conversion rates.
- Compliance and Legal Considerations: Ensuring all campaigns adhere to legal guidelines, industry regulations, and brand standards.
- Project Management: Overseeing the end-to-end campaign process, including setting goals, assigning tasks, and managing deadlines to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Post-Campaign Evaluation: Conducting post-campaign evaluations to assess the success of the campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and apply learnings to future campaigns.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Candidate should have a minimum experience of 3 to 6 years Campaign & Marketing in an FMCG or Skincare Brand .
- The ideal candidate for the role should have a strong background in market research and analysis, with experience developing and executing plans successfully.
- They should also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other executives and stakeholders.
- A MBA in marketing or a related field is required.
