doodleblue - Workday HCM Testing Role - IT

Whom are we looking for?

- Experience in Workday-HCM Functional modules (Core-HCM, Compensation, T&A, etc) and Integrations

- Experience in gathering, identifying, and documenting E2E test scenarios by referring to business requirement and creating functional specifications for Workday-HCM solution and processes.

- Experience in Technology Project Management including managing testing resources and client stakeholders.

- Manage large HR transformation projects and programs in a multi-vendor scenario and globally spread team and deliver the outcome leveraging Agile principle and applying DevOps capabilities.

- Knowledge and hands-on experience with Jira or Azure DevOps to manage product backlog, measure KPIs and manage sprint ceremonies.

- Experience in analysis of change requirements, preparation of test scenarios and execution of tests to validate the correctness of changes being deployed into Production.

- Handling the delivery of appropriate testing methodology, testing requirements and designs, Test Plans, test documentation, and Functional / Integration Testing and Performance testing.

- Responds to notices/general inquiries around the integration functionalities & testing process of of Integrations.

- Running defect triage meetings & ensuring that defect fixes done to existing integrations are validated before being deployed into Production.

- Overseeing the preparation of test evidence documentation and facilitating the approvals from Business owners and Solution Owners.

- Supporting SOX Audit and Release Managements requirements by being compliant with the established processes.

- Work closely with client IT teams and business personnel to uncover opportunities and draw actionable insights

- Involvement in additional internal firm building activities such as knowledge management

- Support sales efforts for new and existing clients in creation of proposals, preparation and facilitation of sales presentations

Required Qualifications:

- At least 5 years of experience in HCM Consulting or Workday-HCM Implementation testing.

- Broad understanding in one or more of latest features of Workday-HCM products and Integrations.

- Bachelor's degree /Full time MBA/PGDM from B Schools in India or foreign equivalent required

- No travel expected in the near term.

- On a longer term, ability and willingness to travel as required within and outside India.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of agile testing & development practices (Scrum), methodologies and tools.

- Excellent teamwork, written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.

- Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessary

- Ability to interact at mid-level managers of clients' organizations

- Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle)

- Proven ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and to build strong relationships with clients

- Knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI
