Role Description:

This is a full-time role for a Senior Project Manager / Associate Delivery Head.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Project Managers / Delivery Head to oversee and manage the delivery of multiple projects across teams.

- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards by coordinating project managers and delivery teams.

- Maintain strong client relationships, acting as a point of contact for delivery-related concerns and escalations.

- Implement and monitor best practices in project management, risk management, and resource allocation.

- Support the delivery teams in managing project challenges, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

- Monitor project performance metrics and provide strategic insights to improve overall delivery processes.

- Mentor and support project managers, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.

- Participate in client meetings to review project status, addressing any concerns, and aligning delivery expectations.

- Strong SDLC understanding is mandatory

- Experience in delivering Mobile / web applications end to end is a big plus

- Product thinking is a must

Skills & Qualifications:

- 6-8 years of experience in delivery management, project management, or related roles.

- Experience in a services-based company, managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects.

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with experience mentoring project managers.

- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and other project management frameworks.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Added Advantage:

- PMP or equivalent project management certification.

- Experience in customer relationship management and improving service delivery standards.

Educational Requirements - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields
