- Lead and manage digital marketing strategies, ensuring they are backed by strong. analytics and measurable outcomes.
- Utilize a range of digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs,. Moz, Hootsuite, and others, to manage and improve campaigns.
- Oversee SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media strategies, constantly monitoring.
- Provide thorough reporting and analysis on campaign performance using tools like Google Data Studio, Tableau, or Excel, delivering insights and recommendations to. optimize future campaigns.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to create integrated. campaigns that are not only visually compelling but also analytically sound.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and algorithms across all platforms to ensure. cutting-edge strategies.
- Drive customer acquisition and engagement while focusing on performance metrics. like ROI, CPL, and CPA.
- Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimized spending. across channels.
- Mentor and build a digital marketing team, fostering growth, creativity, and analytical. thinking.
Key Responsibilities Include:.
- Setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns on ad platforms such as Google. Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter/X, Pinterest, and Reddit Ads.
- Managing SEO efforts using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz to improve search. rankings and organic traffic.
Creating, analyzing, and refining reports with tools like Google Analytics, Google Data. Studio, Tableau, and Excel to provide data-driven insights.
- Collaborating with creative teams to ensure that content, design, and messaging. align with data insights and marketing strategies.
- Constantly monitoring and adjusting strategies based on real-time performance. analytics from tools like Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and ad. platform dashboards.
- Producing regular reports to track KPIs, ROI, and other performance metrics, ensuring. transparency and optimization for all campaigns.

Qualifications:.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a digital marketing manager with hands-on. experience in using key digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz,. Hootsuite, Google Tag Manager, etc.
- Excellent reporting and analytics skills, with a deep understanding of performance. metrics, data interpretation, and actionable insights.
- Proficient in campaign optimization across ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook,. Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter/X, Pinterest, Reddit).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and Social Media strategies with the ability to. track and improve performance.
- A data-driven mindset with experience in creating detailed reports through tools like. Google Data Studio, Tableau, or Excel.
- Creative problem solver with the ability to translate numbers into strategies that. deliver results.
