Role Description :

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Digital Marketing at doodleblue Innovations in Chennai.

- The role involves leading digital marketing initiatives, developing digital strategies, managing social media marketing, optimizing lead generation, and analyzing web analytics to drive business growth.

- The ideal candidate will bring 10 years of extensive experience in digital marketing, particularly within the software services industry, and a strong track record of working across diverse sectors.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership :

- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals and growth objectives.

- Provide vision and direction for digital marketing initiatives across various sectors including retail, fintech, banking, and pharmaceuticals.

Client Engagement :

- Participate in client meetings to understand their needs, present marketing strategies, and discuss digital marketing solutions.

- Prepare and deliver persuasive marketing pitches tailored to client requirements, demonstrating how our solutions can address their challenges and goals.

Campaign Oversight :

- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, email marketing).

- Ensure all campaigns are effectively targeting key audiences and driving measurable results.

Team Management :

- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing digital marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment and execution of strategic marketing objectives.

Budget and Resource Management :

- Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.

- Monitor and analyze financial performance of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.

Performance Analytics :

- Utilize advanced analytics tools and platforms to track, measure, and report on digital marketing performance and KPIs.

- Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive decision making and improve campaign effectiveness.

Market and Competitor Analysis :

- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within the software services industry and target sectors.

- Adjust strategies based on insights and evolving market dynamics.

Stakeholder Engagement :

- Collaborate with senior leadership, product teams, and other departments to ensure cohesive and strategic marketing efforts.

- Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to enhance marketing capabilities and execution.

Innovation and Best Practices :

- Stay current with digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the company's marketing strategies are cutting-edge and effective.

- Experiment with innovative approaches to drive growth and engagement.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field advanced degree or relevant certifications (Google Analytics, HubSpot) is a plus.

- Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing and growing a digital marketing team.

- Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, social media management tools, email marketing software).

- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
