In this role, you'll be responsible for building and managing networks to identify, cultivate, and solicit high-value donors while developing strong relationships with family foundations.
- You'll create activities aimed at recruiting new high-value donors and generating leads through online and offline sources.
- Profiling leads based on their philanthropic interests, age, and giving patterns will be key to your strategy.
- Additionally, you'll prepare and deliver creative fundraising proposals and presentations to potential donors, guiding them toward solicitation and closure.
- Serving as the primary contact for UHNI donors and family foundations, you'll maintain relationships through personal visits, phone calls, and emails.
- You'll collaborate closely with the marketing and communication teams to design necessary materials, and you'll organize reports, meetings, and other arrangements for high-value donors.
- Transitioning existing donors toward legacy giving will also be part of your role, alongside providing weekly work plans to your line manager. You'll actively participate in new fundraising strategies and contribute to overall annual planning.
