Sr. Google Ads Specialist role requires a professional with at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
This role involves developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies for various platforms to meet organizational goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns focused on driving targeted traffic and optimizing for conversions.
- Set up, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to meet and exceed company goals.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify target keywords and optimize campaign performance.
- Write compelling ad copy that adheres to Google Ads guidelines and attracts high-quality traffic.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics such as impressions, click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Analyze campaign data and performance trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend optimization strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad variations and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor and manage ad budgets, adjusting bids and allocations as needed to maximize ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with Google Ads platform updates and industry trends to ensure campaigns are utilizing the latest features and strategies.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide recommendations for further optimization.
- Collaborate with clients or internal teams to understand their objectives and develop effective campaign strategies.
Requirements:
- Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in D2C), with a proven track record of successful campaigns and results.
- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably with a Google Ads certification.
- Strong understanding of the Google Ads platform, including keyword research, ad targeting, ad formats, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization.
- Proficiency in using Google Ads tools such as Keyword Planner, Google Analytics, and Google Ads Editor.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw insights to drive campaign improvement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create persuasive ad copy.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple campaigns and tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with clients or internal stakeholders to achieve campaign goals.
- Continuous learning mindset with a passion for staying up-to-date on digital marketing trends and best practices.
