We have an urgent opening in a Leading BIG 4 MNC in Gurgaon for the position of Manager - Domestic Taxation

The Big Four are the four largest international accountancy and professional services firms, which handle the vast majority of audits for publicly traded companies as well as many private companies, creating an oligopoly in auditing large companies.

Level : Manager - Domestic Taxation

Independently manage complete deliveries and team.

Direct Tax

- Handling all the direct tax compliances and including preparation of corporate tax returns, domestic withholding tax reviews

- Liaising with tax department for assessment work and claiming rebate / refunds

- Putting in place processes for managing compliances within due dates

- Coordinating with tax consultants to manage assessments

- Active contribution to tax process improvement initiatives

- Periodical updation with the latest development in the taxation regime

- Computation of correct annual tax liability

- Other incidental matters

Indirect tax (Service tax)

- Should be well versed with the departmental audit.

- Providing guidance to the team member in connection of filing of return, computing the correct service tax liability etc.

- Interacting with the service tax department in connection with the on-going matters

- should have clarity on the financial account to the extent it impact the tax matter

- Other incidental matters

Indirect Tax (sales tax)

- Should have knowledge of sales tax assessment

- Should file the sales tax return.

QUALIFIED CA ON OR BEFORE 2005 REQUIRED.
