Scrabble has been mandated to hire a Domain Sales Expert for Logistics & SCM for a Series A funded Metaverse skilling platform.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining annual and quarterly domain specific pipeline to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
Guiding the sales team on how to -
1. Retain, expand and nurture key relationships with top customers.
2. Develop and sustain solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company.
- Generating new sales, driving expansion of existing accounts by following pain chains and pain charts to navigate through various stakeholders within the account
- Establishing contacts with recommended number of Key Stakeholders within an account.
- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
- Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals.
- Monitoring market/domain trends and providing regular feedback.
- Ensuring the maintenance of CRM Hygiene.
Required Skills:
- Previous Experience in working in relevant industries.
- Carried and exceeded targets, experience in managing personal as well as team quota.
- Experience with Industrial based solutions/Experience in selling software in logistics segment, deep understanding of the domain and related processes.
- Deep Industrial Connects in segments we sell in, active Rolodex (Mining, HEMM, Manufacturing, Logistics & Warehousing, FMCG, Pharma, Steel, Automobile)
- Ability to apply Value-based selling techniques
- Advanced understanding of Solutions Selling process and sales cycles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
