Job Description : The Domain Lead P2P will design effective P2P processes by adopting best practices and aligning the same to the existing organisational set up, identifying process gaps for continuous improvements, driving standardisation & automation of processes thereby striving for highest possible level of process effectiveness & efficiency. Based in Pune

Description :

The key responsibilities for the Domain Lead P2P position include :

- Design a framework to articulate the vision and value proposition for the P2P/MDM Domain to senior level business stakeholders with appropriate ownership of the Process Controls, Governance and Technology intervention.

- Participate in discussions with units/ regions as a Subject Matter Expert along with the Tower Head, Delivery Head and Business Transition Team during transition of Units/regions for understanding the existing processes of the Units/regions being transitioned

- Provide P2P/MDM Process and Domain Expertise required for Solutioning , Decoupling Business Processes, Transformation feasibility , Continuous Improvement framework, Market Benchmarking, and Maturity Assessments.

- Collaborate with the BT team and run a pilot for process improvements and/ or technology enhancements

Profile :

The successful Domain Lead P2P candidate would be :

- A Qualified Chartered Accountant having at least 7 years of post qualification experience

- Having extensive experience in P2P

- Having experience with a shared service centre/ third party organisation at a managerial position

- Stakeholder management experience, and excellent communication skills

- Currently based in Pune, or can relocate
