- Having very good understanding about Retail sector - can add value in strategy
- Have capability to handle crisis - tough situation and people
- Good communication / convincing skills
- Broad understanding on Accounts - Finance - Commercials
- Good understanding on Budget - Costing - MIS - Cash flow impact
- Good understanding on Process and control and have implemented systems in his role
- Very high credibility and trust in previous company and market
- Has worked in reputed ERP environment of MNC or a large reputed company
- Team building capability
- Right attitude - Positive approach and solution oriented mindset
- Have worked in a professional organisation / MNC - minimum T/o above Rs 500 Cr
- As regional head or above level
- Minimum 10-15 yrs exp
- Qualification : MBA / CFA / CA having strong BD capability
Work Profile :
- Domain Leader - to build clients in the Domain Indusry (Retail )
- Would lead the Virtual CFO - Domain practice
- Regular consulting and Transaction based assignment and execution
- Ability to support Sr CFO level professional and guide internal team
- Ability to review business / financials and drive in improving them
- Convince Top management of client - in adopting best practices and new processes for growth
- Ability to support at least 10 large client with a capable team
- Technical support on accounts - tax - finance to be provided by professional Team
- Drive benefits to client on regular basis
The scope of CFO Service differs from company to company but covers entire gamut of CFO level work i.e.
