JOB DESCRIPTION :


Position Overview : As a Domain Consultant, you will play a critical role in providing domain-specific expertise to our clients. Your extensive industry experience will be instrumental in reimagining business processes, solutioning, and collaborating with technical teams to develop proof of concepts (POCs) that drive innovation and add value to our services.


Key Responsibilities :


- Domain Expertise: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of the US retirements, Employee Benefit, Life & Annuities, or Wealth Management domain to provide valuable insights, guidance, and solutions to clients.


- Quality Assurance: Act as a gatekeeper to review and validate the quality of SLK's deliverables, ensuring they meet industry standards and client expectations.


- Communication and Presentation: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as exceptional presentation skills, to effectively convey complex domain concepts and recommendations to clients and internal teams.


- Process Improvement: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to reimagine and optimize business processes, contributing to efficiency and innovation.


- Proof of Concept (POC) Development: Coordinate with technical teams to conceptualize and develop POCs that showcase innovative solutions and align with client needs.


Qualifications :


- Minimum 10 years of experience in the IT/BPO/Insurance/Financial Services industry.


- Minimum 5 years of experience in the US retirements, Employee Benefit, Life & Annuities, or Wealth Management domain.


- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.


- Proven ability to review and validate the quality of deliverables.


- Experience in reimagining business processes and solutioning.


- Ability to coordinate with technical teams in developing POCs.


- MBA degree or industry certification (e.g., ASPAA or LOMA) preferred.
