Domain Consultant - R2R - Short Term Assignment - BPO

- This is an opportunity with a Global BPO Company which has a strong banking clientele.

- Candidate is required to travel to the US for a Strategic Assessment Exercise.

- Candidate would need to interview members of the client organization, understand the current processes, evaluate them, create process maps.

- Build a final report out with recommendations around outsourcing opportunity and roadmap.

- This will also require the candidate to travel to Pune for some initial pre-work with the rest of the project team.
