We are currently recruiting for a leading technology, Consulting & Outsourcing company, for the positions of Domain Consultant. Please find below details of the Job Opening:

Job Title : BPM Domain Consultant- Insurance/Retail banking card/Commercial Banking/Capital markets.

Location : Mumbai.

Qualifications :

B.E, MBA, CA with 5-10 years of experience in handling consulting unit for a particular domain.

Job Description :

- Responsible for defining and driving the Transformation strategy for the Domain BPS unit in alignment with the key elements of the Domain BPS business strategy viz. Revenue, IP creation, Market position, IT-BPS synergy, Delivery and People.

Revenue :

- Drive Growth Strategies in the domain for Transformation engagements

- Build domain specific transformational solutions for large BPS deals (500+ FTE, revenue in range of USD 200- 400 M)

IP :

- Design and manage Business Process Architecture for a domain

- Devise and support creation of new offerings and domain specific frameworks for Transformation

- Provide assets for building platforms BPaaS

Market position :

- Publish consolidated view of value delivered to customers in the domain

- Publish Whitepaper and case studies

IT-BPS synergy :

- Build Nextgen solutions for the domain (Digital 5 Forces, Robotic Automation, Innovation & Technology)

- Build strategies to provide domain solutions for IT transformation/change

Delivery :

- Drive continuous improvements in BPS

- Benchmark process performance and provide transformation plan

- Own and drive multiple Transformation programs and Consulting engagements for the customers in the domain

- Create reference able customers

- Publish consolidated Transformation Dashboard for the domain to FORETM Transfomation Head and Domain Head

People : Manage consultants' performance, utilization and career progression

Knowledge /Experience :

In depth experience in one specific BFSI domain specific

- 15-20 years of experience with the ability to direct large teams (50+) for the specified domain

- Should have more than 10+ years proven track record in BFSI Transformation Strategy and Change Management

- Should have led at least three Transformation projects

- Should have handled the P&L responsibility of unit, managing multiple customers across geographies.

Competencies/ Skills :

- Excellent knowledge and experience of a domain, transformation and change management and business consulting

- Ability to translate business issues/ challenges into effective solutions

- Ability to direct large cross - functional multi - disciplinary teams with excellent stakeholder/ relationship management skills

- Strong influencing and negotiating skills

- Strong commercial acumen

- Sound understanding of program and project management mechanics, tools and techniques

- Change Management capabilities while delivering people initiatives, which improve business results in a demanding environment

- Skills in planning and delivering strategies to improve business results in a demanding environment.

Essential :

- Familiarization of IT synergy with BPS Domain for solutions

- Strong result orientation, good interpersonal skills and high level of team building capabilities

- Encourages sharing of ideas, information and knowledge proactively around the business and external customers

- Shows drive, enthusiasm and tenacity in the achievement of objectives and monitors progress towards them

Desirable :

- Should be flexible in short notice travels within and outside India for short term and long terms.

Reporting structure :

- Up: Will report to the BFSI BPS Transformation Head and Domain/ Cluster Head.
