- Experience in Insurance Business (General,Health & Life) .

- Build the team as per the various Lines of Business(LOBs)

- Set up business in agreed locations in Maharashtra and other states in a phased manner.

- Formulating strategies with the management and implementing such strategy to achieve business revenue targets.

- Formulate campaigns by designing contests or reward schemes to the teams.

- Able to drive the LOBs & their heads towards achieving set revenue target.

- Timely business reviews of the LOBs to be done with the team as well the management.

- Responsible for the profitability of the business.
