Roles and Responsibilities : As a Strategic Development Manager, you'll open doors with potential partners, lead exploratory discussions and evaluate/develop business opportunities. You will lead cross-functional teams, provide thought leadership and serve as a mentor to managers and associates. You are comfortable escalating and presenting business development strategies and key issues to senior management. You'll work closely with DocsApp Product, Engineering, Legal and Sales teams on new product initiatives and key strategic relationships that support our online business. As part of this effort, you will work closely with engineering teams around the world to build great products and features. Responsibilities : - Build relationships with potential partners, manage complex partnerships to achieve business goals. - Increase places to pay in the offline merchants space with direct engagements, design and execute interventions to reach out to potential partners scalably. - Understand partner business objectives and work with cross-functional teams to deliver maximum impact for the partner. - Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Legal teams on new initiatives and key strategic relationships. Key Qualifications : Minimum Requirements : - Top tier business school - 6+ years of experience in Management Consulting/Partnerships development in high-growth startups or top-tier brands - Strong B2B negotiation skills to close complex deals - Highly motivated with a strong sense of ownership - Ability to build and maintain strong relationships - Proven track record of high performance and career-growth consistently - Excellent communication and presentation Preferred Qualifications : - MBA degree. - Experience in E-commerce or Payments, and/or Financial Services or Health Care - Experience analyzing and structuring complex deals with a proven track record of execution. - Ability to interpret legal documents and drive work with attorneys on drafting specific contract language. - Excellent partnerships and communication skills illustrating the ability to quickly get things done across both technical and business domains.
