Job Description :

- We, Docs2Meds is an Integrated Healthcare Management Platform which fosters communication between all the stakeholders in providing healthcare to the patients.

- Docs2Meds Connects Doctors with the Patients provides assistance in surgeries, medical tourism, medical assistance, necessary follow ups, maintenance of medical records, book the diagnostic tests, book the medicines from pharmacy.

- Docs2Meds brings back the Family Doctor concept and provides incredible experience to the patients with respect to the Post Operations advice and vaccine management. Docs2Meds will ensure delivery of clinical services to patients over distance than in person, using digital tools. Through Docs2Meds app, patients are able to connect with their doctors to ask qustions, keep up to date with care, chronic care, e-prescriptions.

- Docs2Meds also assists in ensuring a Second Opinion/advise to their existing concerns. Docs2Meds gives complete care through accessible technology. This continous dialogue between the patients and doctors and the patient management dramatically improves patient outcomes.

- Docs2Meds Founding team are Alumnus of IIM Indore and Doctors.

We're currently looking for a Cofounder to lead Technology & Engineering at Docs2Meds who can provide technical leadership and training for the rest of the company. The ideal applicant will have an organized and creative mindset that drives him or her to find innovative solutions to a myriad problems and establish a technical vision for the company.

- We are looking for a Rockstar coder who will be able to manage the entire tech stack.

About the role :

1) Work closely with other founders to ensure Docs2Meds technology requirements are always fulfilled.

2) Creating product roadmaps and deadlines according to the features discussed.

3) Ensure that Docs2Meds's core technology infrastructure scales in line with business requirements

Skills Set :

1) Computer science degree from a premier institute

2) 3-5 years experience in App Development and Web Development

3) Proven track record of success in leadership position(s)

4) Ability to clearly and quickly convert business problems into technology driven innovative solutions

5) Ability to track, analyse and monitor performance metrics while synergizing the technical vision of the company with its organizational goals.

6) Strong understanding of upcoming technologies that can add value across the stack

7) Comfort working in a lean environment & executing product goals within timelines

8) Hands on leader who's comfortable coding, providing code reviews, and leading complex architectural design discussions in team setting

9) A dreamer, a tech architect and a hands-on developer all rolled into one

- Past founders, CTOs/Head of Technology & related roles are strongly encouraged to apply.

Compensation : It is entirely dependent on how you would like to engage. The startup is currently bootstrapped, We are looking for a someone who truly believes in the product/vision, hence, a minimum salary with a lions-share of the company equity.
