Company Introduction:

Docquity is an invite-only private & secure doctor's only professional network. The app is currently available on iOS, Android and Web. We are currently operating in Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines & Thailand. Doctors use Docquity to find, connect, chat & collaborate with trusted peers and professionals over a secure mobile platform. The user is a doctor and through the app, we help doctors to connect with other doctors, have private 1:1 discussion, share & tag content, cases, and best practices. Groups drive collaboration between multiple doctors coming together based on specialization, interests & associations.

Job Description:

This is an engaging and hands-on role,- where you will be responsible to ensure the proper management of marketing alignment initiatives and campaigns. All the marketing Managers will be reporting to this position.

Role:

- Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management

- Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing- activities, its effectiveness and business impact

- Come up with new ideas to enhance user engagement and consistently work on improving user retention

- Proactively explore data to find trends, discover KPIs, and apply proper hypothesis testing

- Monitor campaigns to optimize performance based on industry best practices

- Provide recommendations that enhance future campaign performance and measurement

- Maintains work process flows by coordinating information and requirements with related operational departments and on ground teams.

- Oversees operational systems, processes, and infrastructure while looking for opportunities of improvement or revision.

- Anticipates and tracks operational and tactical risks and providing strategic solutions.

- Manages day to day business of the operations department while balancing the responsibilities of various business lines.

-- Establishes and maintains credible, professional relationships with clients, internal business lines, and external vendors.

- Lead a team of all the Marketing Managers and Key Account Managers/Business Operations Executives

- Understand requirements from sales teams and get things implements while coordinating- with tech and product teams

Skills and Requirements:

- 6-8 Years of experience in Operations and Marketing.

- Robust understanding of marketing metrics and marketing attribution methodologies

- Creative thinker with the ability to understand business requirements and arrive at creative solutions to support objectives

- Ability to multitask various programs across marketing and Operations, and understand the narrow and broader strategic goals that they accompany

- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate

- Attention to details

- Leadership skills with past experience of handling a team of 8-10 individuals

- Hands on experience with industry standard marketing tools is a must.
