Product Manger - HealthTech

This is one of the most challenging role at Docon - you will be going from zero to one!

The task at hand:

- Talking to doctors of a speciality to understand what is required to digitise their practice

- Translating those requirements into easy to use features

- Executing the features with the design & dev team

- Repeating the steps till doctors love our app!

- Working closely with the sales & ops teams to shape feature development.

Who we think might be suitable:

- Get out of the building: An hour with a doctor saves 9!

- Empathy: Doctors can seldom tell you what they want, you need to derive requirements from observing their practice

- Problem Solving: You are building for users of our parents age (first time smartphone users), everything can be simpler!

- Structure: You should be able to give structure to complex medical flows

- Execute: Lead a strong cross-functional team from conceptualization to release

What we are building :

- Our products enable doctors to write e-prescriptions and maintain comprehensive digital records for their patients. No more relying on pen and paper!

- We also provide a comprehensive CRM, billing and analytics platform for doctors which enables them to increase revenue and improve the patient experience.

- 400+ doctors have stored the medical records of over 700k patients on our platform. That makes us the second largest EMR platform in the country (the largest is this guy). Over 150k e-prescriptions are created on our platform every month.
