Associate Specialist -- DMS --- Fidelity Investments

Roles & Responsibilities

- Research, build and maintain common reference data structures on the Global Reference Database (GRD) used by various business units within the firm, including domestic and foreign Equity and Fixed Income Trading, Research, Compliance, Corporate Actions and Settlements.

- Respond to requests from investment divisions to research and set up/amend any or a set of the following common reference data on the GRD: securities, issuers, corporate structures (hierarchies), funds, sub portfolios, industry codes, brokers, and any supporting structure attributes.

- Perform audits and exception based processing to maintain accuracy and adherence to internal policies and procedures.

- Research complicated corporate actions for their impact on corporate structure, capital structure, and identification issues.

- Work directly with local business units to resolve extraordinary issues affecting the data and how users receive it.

- Participate in training of new staff.

- Assist in the development and documentation of daily operations procedures

- Prioritize fluctuation workloads, factoring in the shared workload among global sites offices. .

- Consult on internal DMS projects.

- Flexible to work in night shifts
