Job Purpose:
As a product marketing manager, you'll play a crucial role in solving problems for our customers to deliver value for them and help build a sustainable business for DMI Finance.
This role will cover the overall vision and execution of the brand and product awareness, engagement, purchase and retention for existing and potential users of the DMI Finance products across the lifecycle. This would focus on products in the D2C initiative, such as DMI mobile app, website, whatsapp and Zest platforms.
Key Accountabilities:
- Define, Build and Execute on Roadmap
1) Define the product roadmap and deliver the same through cross-functional execution and collaboration. Set well defined metrics, key results to track the performance of various initiatives for these Platforms.
2) Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, customer service team, operations, marketing and other stakeholders in solutioning and prioritizing these concepts and programs.
3) Experimentation to drive outcomes: Carry out small experiments and iterate the solutions thereby creating business impact.
- Customer insights and analytics
1) Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify, and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that improve customer experience and drive growth.
2) Determine customers' needs and desires by speaking with customers and conducting research needed to obtain market information.
3) Collect and analyze feedback from end-users, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products.
4) Speak to customers regularly for new and existing needs
- Product Analytics / Research
1) Form and test hypothesis using data from in built analytics, funnels, database & other sources.
2) Conduct market research and develop insights into user behavior especially around user needs to improve existing products.
3) Track product adoption, funnel conversions, A/B tests and optimize them to achieve business and product objectives.
- Competition Research
1) Conduct research on fintech and other competitive developments in the ecosystem in India or global.
2) Ideate basis the research on new functionalities / products to be built.
Work Experience:
1) 5-8 Yrs of demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful product marketing strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans. Has launched and grown exceptional products in the consumer space in India with minimum 1mn users. Experience from Financial service companies- fintech, banks, NBFC or B2C companies is mandatory.
2) Experience in building and scaling engagement and repeat usage behaviour for financial and non-financial services.
3) Experience engaging effectively with key decision makers, including delivering presentations, gaining support for initiatives, and advocating your point of view
4) Experience in running rigorous A/B tests across desktop, mobile web, and apps.

9) Solid knowledge of SQL, Mobile Apps, SEP and UX/UI.
