The incumbent shall manage Cross-Sell Credit Policy end-to-end - 1. Evolve Credit Policy in-line with changing business priorities 2. Ensure Budgeted Disbursals as well as Loss guard-rails are adhered 3. Timely & Accurate delivery of Cross-sell campaigns, both periodic as well as Ad-hoc 4. Analyze Portfolio from various perspectives, identify Policy changes and effect the same with relevant approvals 5. Very close coordination with Internal partners : Collections, Growth, Technology, Product & Operations 6. Engage effectively with External stakeholders as well The incumbent shall manage Cross-Sell Credit Policy end-to-end. including but not limited to : A. Policy Management - 1. Maintain Policy in line with evolving business priorities 2. Analyze Portfolio from various perspectives, to make Policy & business recommendations. This shall be through Periodic as well as Ad-hoc Credit review sessions within as well as across departments, including Senior Management 3. Ensure All Portfolio performance benchmarks are being tracked very closely & Portfolio health is maintained 4. Performance benchmarks, if breached, immediate Mitigating actions are identified & implemented B. Execution & Delivery - 1. End-to-end Ownership of Cross-Sell campaigns' (Periodic or Ad-hoc) creation & delivery 2. Close monitoring at every step of Campaign lifecycle, ensuring that Campaign Accuracy as well as timelines are adhered to 3. Target Automation to the extent possible & minimize Manual steps C. Loss mitigation and business growth - 1. Key focus on budgeted Disbursals as well as Loss benchmarks, to ensure Profitable growth of portfolio 2. On the Delinquent pool, work closely with Collections to minimize roll-forward to subsequent delinquency buckets 3. On the Written-off pool, partner with Collections team to boost Recovery rate 4. Partner with Growth on P&L aspects to take prudent actions on Loan Interest rate, PF etc D. Partnership management - 5. Partner with various Departments like Growth, Operations, Data Science, Collections et al, on various priorities 6. Effectively manage external relationships such as Credit Bureaus and other agencies, which add value at various points of Cross-Sell journey. Ensure that the SLAs are being met 7. For External partners, be the Owner of Invoicing , Billing & Payment related steps too, if any a) Qualifications: - Minimum Qualification required: Graduate from Premier schools (mix of basic Quantitative & Technical background) - Qualifications preferred: PGDM/MBA (Finance/Systems) , M.A (Economics) b) Work Experience Overall 7-8 years of BFSI/Fintech experience, with 4+ years with Unsecured Retail Credit or Analytics Should be strong with Problem solving, Multi-tasking and effective Interpersonal skills Good expertise to work closely with Collections as well as Technology teams Hands-on experience with SQL , Python & MS-Excel, is a plus
