DMI Finance - Manager - Policy Automation & Analytics

Job Purpose:

Analysis, Design and Implement new projects/policies in DMS including Third Party API's in conjunction with Tech team. Prepare reports and dashboards using DMS and provide technical support to credit team. Developing and designing the various code pieces in DMS, supporting the business and IT teams in quick implementation. Making new enhancements and testing will be the core day to day job.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Project Implementation

- Understanding business requirements within the team and defining the solutions

- Analysis of the requirement including validating, testing or reviewing the implementation

- Implement UI as per internal user needs

- Creating functional specifications for the requirements and taking sign off from users

- Check and resolve errors in the code

- Doing end to end impact analysis

- Customize code for performance improvement.

- Review the end to end process

2. Report Automation:

- Actively engaged in working towards creation and automating reports in DMS such as:

- Creating reports on the inbound and outbound traffic in DMS using various cuts

- Reports on approval matrix and waterfall for acquisition monitoring

- Report on performance monitoring of the DMS and suggesting ways for improvement

3. Internal Audit

- Prepares data and other pre-requisites for Internal as well as external audit

- Conducts Data Quality Checks, Process or Product Specific Checks and Data Validation

Educational Qualifications

a) Qualifications

- Minimum Qualification required: Any Engineer Graduate.

- Qualifications preferred: B.Tech/B.C.A/M.C.A

b) Work Experience

- Minimum 2-4 Years for AM

Soft skills - Excellent communication skills, Team player

Technical skills - Hands on in any type of technology, especially JAVA & Python is a must
