DMI Finance - Manager - Analytics

JOB PURPOSE : This role is a part of the Analytics Team for the Consumer Finance Business. The team works with the cross functional teams and leadership to develop and execute strategic projects and drive business performance. This role will be responsible for driving high impact, complex analytical projects of a wide variety. You will be - A core part of the Analytics Team Accountable for driving analytics and Modeling projects from start to finish - Engaged in a variety of teams, projects, and aspects of the Consumer Finance Business

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES :

- Work with cross functional leadership team to define problem statements and solution approaches that cover a range of analytical and modeling competencies

- Work with Ops, Product, Credit and Risk team members to refine and build solutions

- Lead development, testing, refining, and deploying models and analytical deep dives

- Listen to, communicate with, and help drive understanding of analytics approaches as well as insights amongst leadership

- Support your analytics and team members to ensure they are able to achieve their objectives and the broader goals (i.e. be a team player that is ready to plug in where needed)

Qualifications :

Minimum Qualification required: Graduate/Postgraduate

Stream of Study - Eng./Statistics/Finance

Work Experience :

- 2+ years work experience in analytics and data science

- Proficiency in using query languages such as SQL, Hive etc

- Strong Problem Solving skill set
