1. JOB PURPOSE :
Defining and implementing strategy and architecture and leveraging information solution to address business opportunities. Managing multiple projects in 1-2 critical business areas, continuous interaction, and collaboration with stakeholders across verticals. Multiple interactions with internal and external stake-holders; taking appropriate decisions in the respective areas
2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES :
1. Business growth:
- Lead New partner technical integration and product setup across all teams
- Process and flow discussion and closure with partners.
- Lead Introduction, planning and implementation of new products with new and existing partners
- Ensure/ implement the configurability aspects of technology platform of DMI technology platform
- Review/ Ensure agile deliveries of projects
- Monitor & drive Improvements in business processes with better controls and monitoring across partners
- Strategize & identify/ implement Process and technology enhancements with partners and products
2. Reduce risk and Improve Profitability in Credit projects :
- Identify and implement new products for credit and Operational risk reduction
- Reduce the cost of doing business though identifying & implementing improved tools, better solutions
- Implement new solutions in areas of dedupe, decisioning, underwriting, operational controls
- Ensuring that on day to day basis the solutions are working fine
- Ensure and take not just a function specific view but a Strategic Enterprise view of business and technical problems and their solutions
- Drive Credit policy setup and improvements
- Data security
- Ensuring the consistency and smooth running of all platforms in this area - Dedupe, DMS, Models
- L3 support for all these platforms
3. Data Science projects :
- Ensuring the Data Science has right data across platforms
- Ensuring the data is consistent across platforms
- Setting up integration of new models
- Collaborating with Data Science team to create new models
- Ensuring the right decisions for policies
4. Architecture Stabilization and improvements :
- Defining the future state architecture in own areas
- Implementing changes to adhere to future state architecture
5. Stakeholder and Team Management :
- Engage and manage internal and external stakeholders through discussions, collaborations
- Implement tools for business users' self-service and enablement
- Supports leadership in building and retaining Team through different initiatives
- Train and enable teams to make them deliver to their best capabilities and taking them to deliver extra mile
- Identify and ensure training needs of IT teams and technology needs of business teams
- Collaborate for Cross functional participation for teams to ensure business growth
6. External focus :
- Learn new concepts and trends in technology and BFSI world through seminars, webinars, conferences, and external collaboration
- Understand the new technologies and implement them to solve business problems
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE :
a) Qualifications :
- Minimum Qualification required: B.Tech / M.Tech
- Qualifications preferred : Salesforce certificate / Mule certificate
b) Work Experience :
- 15-20 years of experience
- 5 year of project management
- BFSI domain experience along with technical expertise
- Must have good communication skills and should be able communicate clearly with stakeholder and team
