AVP-Growth Hacker-Delhi
Job Summary:
Responsible for executing data-driven growth & marketing campaigns focusing on key metrics, marketing funnel, and acquisition costs, driving consumer loyalty & monetizing customer base.
Principal Accountabilities:
Monetization & P&L Management:
- Manage the marketing budget across channels and ensure blended CAC is within the target range.
- Drive retention strategies & drive higher DAU, MAU & reduce Churn.
- Responsible for monetization of the customer base by launching new products & business lines e.g., Insurance, Warranty, Affiliate marketing (lead generation model) etc.
Customer Lifecycle Management (including Loyalty):
- Maximizing the customer lifetime value by managing the lifecycle & increasing retention
- Increase the X-Sell ratio for both the Credit & Fee products.
- Manage & scale the Loyalty Program for Consumer as well as Dealers.
Performance Marketing:
- Develop & execute Performance marketing strategies.
- Work closely with the internal team & partners to drive user growth & revenue through various performance marketing channels such as paid search, display advertising, social media.
End to End Campaign Platform Management:
- Work on the integration of the journeys with the campaign platform
- Perform extensive Campaign Quality Checks/audits & fixes, recording the readings and changes for Audit purpose.
- Validate the campaign flowchart output data to ensure the right target audience is selected for marketing communication using the correct data tables.
Campaign Development & Deployment:
- Campaign Development & Deployment of Simple, Medium, Complex, Multi-wave, Cross Channel, Real-time Personalized marketing communications & customer life cycle campaigns across multiple channels using campaign tools (WebEngage)
- Build multi-channel communication plans for direct marketing across email, web, performance marketing, in-app promotions, audio ads and video ads to meet the business targets.
Design of Experiment based Campaigns & Tracking:
- Solve 3 three problems of Growth Marketing- Whom to target (Propensity), How to target (Channel) and when (Time) to target for optimizing the CAC for the business.
- Develop the channel mix, testing strategy, plan creative concepts, themes, and price promotions for each campaign by collaborating with internal teams.
- Manage & optimize campaigns to deliver maximum ROI.
Stakeholder Management:
- Interacting with cross functional teams such as Tech, Product, Credit, Communication & Customer Success to drive the Growth agenda & ensuring correct implementation of all the growth hacks.
- Lead discussions with external stakeholders/ channel partners during engagement calls
a) Qualifications:
- MBA from a reputed institute or Graduate with 5+ years of fulltime experience
- Knowledge of Campaign Management tools- WebEngage, MoEngage, Clevertap, Adobe etc.
b) Work Experience:
- 5-7+ years of relevant proven experience from a numbers-driven and analytical marketing environments - perhaps in an online consumer business(Fintech) or a bank/NBFC
- Strong experience in Growth Hacking, Customer Lifecycle Management & Digital Marketing Campaigns
- Knowledge of Campaign process end-to-end and frontend analytics
- Strong Analytical Skills & business acumen
- Skills: SQL , Advanced Excel including Pivot Tables , R/Python is good to have,
