We are looking for a Marketing Manager with rich experience in digital and traditional media for our ecommerce platform to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing and offline campaigns across all channels.

Location : Delhi/ NCR
People who can think-out-of-box, having innovative ideas and have previously done E-Commerce / FMCG Marketing for global markets ( UK / Europe Specifically ) will be preferred
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing DMC Healthcare brand across the channels online and offline.
- Managing the go-to-market and launch of multiple digital products in the healthcare e-commerce space
- Managing brand positioning and product launch efforts for the FMCG ( Processed food) venture of the group
- Build a lean, cost conscious, high performing marketing organisation in line with the company's business objectives
- Managing SEO and SEM teams, digital agencies and offline creative agencies
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Create and manage a affiliate marketing program for the digital assets of the company.
- Input on the development, production & implementation of world class advertising and promotions for brand and media strategies and executions to support brand.
- Manage multiple digital and offline campaigns, review analytics and report out campaign effectiveness
- Working with team to devise strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and its startups.
- Formulate product / package innovations for presentation to drive down costs without jeopardising brand quality or image in the market place.
- Create brand manuals for different group companies / products
- Optimize Social Media management initiatives across platforms using various analytics tools
- Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing.
Skills:
- PG ( MBA ) or equivalent, with marketing specialization
- Worked in Startup environment is plus.
- 4-5 years overall experience out of which, 3-4 years should be in Marketing or Brand Management.
- Prior experience in healthcare E-commerce / FMCG sectors is a plus
- Have an instinctive feeling about future product concepts
- Preferred technical skills: social media platform experience (Google Analytics or Facebook Insights, Kenshoo, Aquisio )
- A proven track record in building brands and launching new products.
- Good communication and written English skills.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
- Self starter - who is willing to take ownership of the marketing function
