R&D and Product Delivery Head
Directs : Sr. Manager, Manager, Asst. Manager, Sr. Executives, Executives,Culinary Chef, Team Leader and Lab Assistant
Purpose : Responsible for the research and new product development in the field of savoury foods and breakfast cereals
Skill Set : Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Chemistry/food Technology/8-10 years experience in food products development.
Key Accountability Areas :
- Developing new concepts, Ideas and products for different customers and markets.
- Guiding and controlling of the whole R&D team.
- Proper guidance to the marketing team wherever necessary.
- Evaluation and proper guidance for R&D technologists.
- Approval / modification of a Recipe.
- Identify and providing adequate resources to R&D centre.
- Transforming marketing & management concepts to the whole R&D team.
- Identify, distribute various tasks/targets to R&D team and evaluating the same.
- Clearing customer queries wherever necessary.
- Update knowledge of food safety and regulatory rules in the country and key markets
Additional Role :
- Custodian and Controller of custom developed recipes
- Maintain Supplier relations
- Conduct Supplier Audits
