Job description :

- Strong experience in the healthcare domain, including knowledge of healthcare standards, workflows and processes

- Prepare BRD and functional specific document including walkthrough of the same for the client

- Previous experience with having designed and architected parts of enterprise scale healthcare IT applications

- Serve as a single point of contact / for supporting client for functional area

- Track business gaps and customization along with issues during product walk through

- High level analysis of the requirement to identify fits/unfits and preparation of GAP document

- Interact directly with the Business and/or the onshore project team members depending on the project team structure

- Create and own documentation of requirements, functional solution and its design

- Delivers informative, well-organized presentations.

- Ability to understand Business requirements, expectations and breakdown the same to the concerned teams

- Discussion and finalization of customization in collaboration with business users and vendor

- Providing test cases based on the functional specification of the document

- Building knowledge repository of banking modules test scenarios and test cases

- Support end user during UAT, Daily UAT status report

- End user training support on Helathcare modules

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, and manage multiple task assignments in a cross-cultural team supporting different time zones

- Act as the Business proxy to the development and testing team - ensure that a clear understanding on project requirements is gained by the development team use cases, ERDs, wire frames, detailed functional specifications

- Participate in development of the Test Suite, test scenarios, test case.

Desired skills and experience :

- No. of years of experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in the role of Business Analyst

- A broad understanding of business processes and drivers

- Experience in working successfully with teams to deliver software

- Experience in prioritizing competing demands and obtaining buy-in from stakeholders

- Ability to manage and resolve conflict with stakeholders

- Experience in modeling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques

- Strong communication skills :

- Practical experience in gathering client requirements, mapping processes, conducting hypotheses based analysis, creating business cases, evaluating and presenting solutions

- An understanding of Agile delivery methodologies (e.g., Scrum and XP)

- Very good Communication skills.

- Results oriented, deadline driven.

Educational Qualification :

BE, B-tech or MBA / MBA Healthcare Management from premium collage

Salary: INR 5,75,000 - 8,00,000 P.A. Variable Bonus applicable
