Job Responsibilities
1. Sourcing for all positions for sales and corporate (Middle to senior management positions)
2. End to end talent acquisition & talent management for Sales team
3. Employee lifecycle management / administration for crop protection manpower for sales and corporate
4. Employee engagement activities
5. Performance management cycle
6. Training & Development co-ordination
7. MIS management, co-ordination & submission of periodical reports after taking the inputs from across SBU manufacturing units, marketing locations etc.
