Title: Deputy Manager
Location: Bangalore
Shift/Timezone: 2pm - 10pm (IST)
Roles and responsibilities:
- Maintenance and administration of SharePoint portal.
- Champion the implementation and adoption
- Execute all the administrative tasks related to the implementation including helping to populate the archive, review document descriptions,
- Work with end users collecting feedback and suggestions on enhancements to the achieve
- Provide access to the users and maintain users profiles
- Facilitate users communications and summaries of usage
- Participate in initial training to end users
- Track tool adoption, provide initiatives to address any adoption problems
- Chase, track and find content across the organization as an evangelist
- Clearly communicate to leaders and key stakeholders
- Customer facing role --interfacing with the various Business Units primarily , Sales Force team, technical/dev team,
- Help drive, translate, gather and document requirements, supplement project team.
- Graduate with 3 - 5 years of work experience in the related field.
- Good client facing skills
- Excellent English communications skills
- Sound working knowledge in SharePoint
