Deputy Manager -Product Development

We have an urgent opening with a leading FMCG company for the position of Deputy Manager-Product Development for the R & D Team.

The candidate will be responsible for:

- Support on execution of allocated product development responsibilities across the various NPD Innovation projects.

- Work on variety of Innovation projects while appropriately prioritising various assigned developments tasks under the guidance of the team leaders

- Execution of allocated product development related activities (Formulation & process development, stability testing, Product consumer research clearance etc.) on identified NPD projects

- Identify suitable raw material vendors & leverage their potential to develop the required raw material for the new NPD powder projects

- Liase with various functions within R&D like Analytical, Regulatory, & Packaging to enable the progress on the innovation projects to deliver agreed project milestones

- Identify issues on projects. Provide recommendations for resolution of issues supported by good data analysis and their interpretation.

- The candidate must possess excellent communication skills and should be BE/B Tech in Chemical Engineering or Post Graduate in Food Technology.

The job Location will be Gurgaon. Candidates from FMCG Companies will only be preferred.
