Job Title: Sr. Manager/ Manager/ Deputy Manager

Experience : 7+ yrs.

Job Location : Mumbai

Job Description:

1) Co-Closure of Bookings along with Sales Unit.

2) To Visit the Place of Booking and Co-Close the Sale along with the Sales Unit for all Co-closure intimations received with a time lag of 12 hrs and/or as per the Regional heads guidance. Risk Free Revenue Assurance through effective Co-Closures

3) Credit Analysis - Credit Risk analysis of the Customer, Analysing risks of revenue loss.

4) Help in GR Validation Leading to Revenue Assurance

5) Customer Satisfaction

6) Co-ordination with Customers and Developers for timely Flat Cost Installment Payments

7) CRM Updation

8) Alternate Resource for Credit Note Issue and Disbursal

9) Filing and Verifing the Customers files

10) Punctuality and dedication to work
