Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

- Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and achieve revenue targets.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand the scope of existing accounts.

- Negotiate contracts and terms to maximize profitability.

Market and Product Knowledge:

- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

- Understand the company's product offerings and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.

- Provide feedback to the product development team based on client insights.

Strategic Planning:

- Develop and implement account plans and strategies to achieve business objectives.

- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for account performance.

- Conduct regular reviews and presentations with clients to discuss progress and opportunities.

Reporting and Documentation:

- Prepare and present detailed reports on account performance, sales activities, and market trends.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and transactions.

- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage account information.

Qualifications:

Education: BE/B.Tech. or MBA

Experience: 8+ years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the consumer appliance industry or a related sector.

Skills:

- Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving sales growth.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze market data and trends to make informed decisions.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
