Currently working on an opening for the position of Deputy Manager / Manager / Sr. Manager - Organizational Effectiveness for a leading corporate house in India

Location - Mumbai

Job Description -

The OE Vision states - “Preparing the organization for the future”.

- The role requires supporting Group Head OE to implement specific initiatives at Business and at Group level.

- This requires independently designing and executing the group-wide key strategic HR process & initiatives that help deliver this vision.

This includes -

- Driving Employee wellness at Group Level thru initiatives like Vitamin H, Life Unlimited, Telemedicine, and various behavior change programs thru pilots and experiments

- Implementing Diversity agenda with focus around sensitizing managers and creating support mechanisms to create women friendly workplace

- Help & support the portfolio head in research & benchmark to bring learning’s that help co. to prepare for the future and build the “Employer brand”
