Sales Training (International Business) Deputy Manager/Manager
Qualification reqd. : B.E/B.Tech (Preferred from a good Institute)
Industry Choice: Automotive or Training Agencies
Role Description
This position entails development of the sales competence of the distributorship, dealers, and their teams across over 20 countries spread over South Asia, Middle East and Africa both on product and soft skills. Additionally the position would also co-ordinate training needs of the exports sales team.
- Distributor Teams Competence Build-up - Measure and Improve Competency Index
- Portal Build-up for Web Based Module for on-line training
- Identification of Training needs across distributors
- Training Calendar for the Exports Team
- Product training for complete range of vehicles both online and classroom
- Soft Skills training through internal and external agencies
- Rolling across and keeping track on the effectiveness
- Co-ordination with Distributor HR function
- Knowledge and Skill Competition within International Distributors
- Train the Trainer program
- Induction program for newly appointed distributors and their dealers
This role includes extensive travel to overseas markets.
