- To handle Project sales and Institutional sales.
- Handling all key accounts of major companies and monitoring all the Ongoing Project as well as Upcoming Project.
- Approaching engineering contractors and painting contractors for painting requirement for the entire project as well as acquiring business opportunities from the clients.
- Managing Sales & Business Development for Decorative Sales.
- Handling key accounts, Corporate sales, consultants, developers, contractures, architect, builders & institutional sales.
- Responsible for project sales of decorative paints and coatings.
- To develop and maintain endured and fruitful relations with projects consultants, Architects and Interior works contractors.
- To involved in marketing and business development activities
to make deals with dealers, builders, engineers, painters, material contractors etc.,
- Mapping the projects & identifying the projects value.
- Interfacing with clients (Builders, Site , Architects, Contractors) for suggesting the most viable product range.
- Ensure Profitability by selling high value product.
- Any Graduate, MBA preferred.
- Should have relevant experience in project sales of decorative paints and coatings.
- Any Building material industry & paint industry is preferable.
- Visiting customer to ensure good customer service.
- Strong experience of Key accounts, developers, builders, architect, contractors, consultants.
Skill: Selling, Negotiation, leadership
- Well versed with English, Hindi & Marathi Languages with Excellent communication and writing skills.
