Job Description: Key Responsibilities:

Specific:

- To Decide, Design & Develop Tools for training need identification, Training need analysis. (questionnaire, test, meeting, data analysis, observation)

- To Conduct training need identification, training need analysis using appropriate tools,

- Share the findings of the TNI, TNA with the stake holders and take their views.

- Prepare the concept note, High level & Low level design

- Conceptualize, design and develop learning solutions and training modules as per the identified training needs using Instructional Design.

- Design Trainer Guide, Participant Guide for the training modules

- Share the training modules developed with the stake holders, incorporate their feedback and get their sign off

- Conduct Train the Trainer Sessions on the module designed and take feedback. Conduct initial sessions on the module designed for select participants and take feedback. Incorporate the feedback in the module

- Design & Develop Tools to Measure effectiveness of Training Modules.

- Conduct assessments and evaluation pre and post training of the new module in coordination with field training team.

- Managing the creation, editing and reviewing of content for SAP end-users in coordination with SME

- Coordinating and communicating at different levels in the organization.

- Direct interaction with the employee on a regular basis through emails, phone calls and Live Meetings, for development & revision of the content/process manuals/work instructions.

- Create employee developmental plans basis competency mapping, performance appraisals and other HR retention strategies. Devise competency based learning programs across the organization.

- Conversant with different modes of training delivery.

- Conversant with e-Learning platform

Generic:

- Proficiency in Power Point, Excel, Word.

- Proficient in open office, designing audio & video based training modules.

- Strong Instructional Design Background.

- Certification in Content Development from a recognized institute will be preferred

Key Skills: Age - 30 - 35 yrs

Qualification: Post-Graduation in Instructional Design (PGDID)/Instructional Designer

Male preferred
