DM/Manager - Product Manager - Door Step Banking

Position Title - Product Manager- DoorStep Banking

Business Group -Commercial Banking

Grade- Deputy Manager/ Manager

Location - Mumbai

Key Deliverables:

The key responsibilities of the Product Manager includes:

- Design Product to meet business requirement of providing cash pick up and cash delivery of large, middle and small entities (non individual entities) from the customer's premise in coordination with the business and operations team

- Provides solutions and clarifications to business teams /customers on the process and the risk involved in cash collection and deposition

- Liaison with branches, Branch banking team, Operations, Currency Chest team and business team to set processes and reduce any type of cash loss.

- Calculate profitability at client level and track and monitor the increase and decrease in profitability.

- Improvise customer on boarding experience

- Understand new published regulatory policies, interact with various stake holders such as Compliance, Process, and Operations as well draft the processes to ensure implementation for non individual entities.

- Understand the dynamism of market and evolving regulatory policies. Design the processes to implement changes in Door Step Banking related policies ensuring compliance to regulatory guidelines without causing inconvenience to customer.

- Ability to analyse the transactions and ways to mitigate the risks

- Stay current with regulatory polices viz. money laundering, issues, policies, regulations, industry best practices, and developing trends
