Role: Product Manager - Debit Cards

Grade: Deputy Manager / Manager

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

Portfolio Spends: 1. Managing Portfolio Spends. 2. Increase active base 3. Analyzing customer behavior and creating relevant segments and communication 4. Developing new and existing communication channels

Sales Management: 1. Driving sales through Phone banking channel 2. Driving sales through branch channels and field 3. Driving sales through marketing using various channels 4. Responsible for MIS generation and tracking of sales on a daily basis

New Product Development: 1. Developing concept for new debit card products 2. Working with technology teams for development 3. Launching new debit card products 4. End-to-end marketing for launches

Improving product proposition: 1. Relevant offers and tie-ups for existing and new debit card products 2. Managing existing and new alliance relationships 3. Managing escalations and customer queries

Requirements:

- MBA from Tier 1/2 campuses with 1-3 years of Product / Marketing experience

- Good communication skills & ability to engage effectively with stakeholders

- Ability to innovate and execution focussed
