Business loans group caters to both fund based & non fund based SME financing requirements (ticket size upto Rs.20 cr)

The product manager in this group will work in areas like product development, process notes, servicing & compliance, training & capability, MIS & analytic, coordination with support function, etc that are necessary for field team to acquire new customers & grow relationship value.

Knowledge/Technical Skills:

- Credit/ Finance understanding

- Should have excellent analytical skills with proficiency in MS excel & powerpoint

- Eagerness to develop & work on sales enablers for helping sales team in achieving their targets

Personal Skills:

- Ability to engage meaningfully with sales team, senior business leaders and other stakeholders (internal & external)

- Confident with strong interpersonal & communication skills

- Self driven with eagerness to deliver projects & assignments within timelines

- A self starter with flexibility to both work independently and as part of a team

- Eager to probe situations & develop solutions based on data & sales feedback
