Deputy Manager / Manager - Process Implementation or an Implementation Coach
Academic Qualifications: BE/B Tech, MBA (preferable)
Experience : Min. 6-10 years of relevant experience, good hands-on track record of sales
Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure sales process excellence across the region
- Train, mentor, coach all the members of the sales team
- Shadow Dealer Sales Executives and Customer Support Managers to evaluate use of value selling concepts and provide on the job coaching
- Ensure and track adherence of dealer and sales-force processes .
- Facilitate daily morning huddles and weekly team learning for Dealer Sales Executives and Customer Support Managers
- Track timely execution and quality of marketing activities as per the plan
- Maintain activity tracker for the region
