Roles & Responsibilities:
- Managing Legal Department
- Handling/ coordinating with high net - worth clients and maintain Client Relationship Management (CRM).
- Coordinating with team in-charge to ensure the smooth flow of work, systems & processes.
- Handling Land Acquisition, Liaisoning & Preparation of complicated legal drafts/ templates & vetting of legal documents like Development cum Exchange Agreement, Agreement for Sale, Conveyance Deed, Leave & License Agreement, Service Agreement, Contract Agreements, Development Agreement, Transaction Management Documentation (Unit Level), Power of Attorney, Partnership Deed, Release Deed, Confirmation Deed, Exchange Deed, Supplementary Agreements, Rectification Deed, Modification Deed, Cancellation Deed, Partition Deed, Gift Deed, Will, MOU, Consent Terms, various Affidavits, Facilitators Agreement, etc. (in Marathi & English languages).
- Managing Adjudication, Stamp Duty & Registration team.
- Preparation of documents & help to obtain various Government approvals, NOC orders etc. from various Government Departments & Gram Panchayat.
- Managing Title Search & Public Notice team; Tracking & Planning team; Land Prospect team.
- Rendering on-floor training/guidance to the new team member on work procedures, drafting skills, process flows and knowledge resources.
- Ensuring that the team addresses all the client queries in a timely manner and personally taking care of any escalations.
- Providing analysis reports on work flow processes & team performance.
- Preparing Agenda for meeting & Minutes of Meeting.
- Conducting inter face & review meetings of team members.
- Prepare CEG report, MIS & KPA-KRA of Legal Team.
- Conducting Team Appraisals and motivating the team to perform better (Team Building).
Client is into large real estate segment with a diversified presence into hospitality, energy, financial securities & Ready Mix Concrete. Preferred incumbent should have an exposure into the real estate segment.
