Qualification and experience :
- Candidate must have 5-7 years of experience in Talent acquisition, Manpower planning, employee engagement activities.
- Exposure to Employee relations / IR will be added advantage.
- Candidate must possess full time post graduate qualification (MBA /MPM/MSW/MLS) from TOP B reputed institutes with first class.
- Preferably Pass out of 2005, 2006, batch.
- Must have good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Job Description:
Talent acquisition.
- End to End recruitment for Management staffing as per business plan.
- Interviewing candidates for Junior and Middle Management Positions.
- Tracking of personnel requisitions and facilitating headcount approval at the BU level.
- Determine employee compensation to be in line with the set standards of the organization.
- Sourcing of candidates.
- Employee joining formalities & Induction program.
- Driving employee Referral program within the organization to reduce the cost per hire.
- Preparation of Recruitment Plan & Budget in line with Business requirements.
- Analysis of actual v/s budgeted recruitment cost on quarterly basis.
Training & Development.
- Identifying Training needs for all level of employees as per competency mapping and business needs.
- Making and updating Training Calendar.
- Department representative for ISO 9000. Maintaining training records as per ISO requirements.
- Design, Develop and Coordinate Training Programs.
- To assist in implementation competency development of Employees at all levels.
- To facilitate & coordinate training for GETs/ DETs.
Performance Management:
- Coordinating implementation of PMS at BU level.
- Facilitate employee’s appraisal.
- Periodic Reviews - Review Target vs. Performance
- Implementation of 360 Degree Appraisal System.
Employee Welfare
- Organizing and coordinating cultural activities like Family day events, Birthday celebrations, Intra-group get together, Children’s day, Outbound Learning Workshop.
- Yearly Medical check up
- Suggestion Scheme formation & Implementation.
- To ensure smooth running of transport & Canteen Services
Employee Relations
- Monitoring the requirement of Contract staff and Contract labour management.
- Grievance handling.
- Discipline management.
MIS / HRIS
- Monthly MIS /HRIS report on recruitment, attrition, absenteeism HR budget and discipline management.
- HR Budget preparation.
- Updating organization structure
- Making presentations for Communication meet and HR dash board update.

IT SKILL
- Must have good IT skills.
- Able to make effective power point presentations.
- Processing of invoices in SAP for HR service providers.
