DM /MANAGER FINANCE FOR A LEADING UK BASED PUBLISHING HOUSE; A PIONEER IN PUBLISHING INDUSTRY.

DESIRED PROFILE - A QUALIFIED CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT/ ICWA/ CS.

FUNCTIONAL AREA:

FINANCIAL PLANNING, BUDGETING, FORECASTING, REPORTING & ANALYSIS

- Preparation and profitability (Revenue and Cost) analysis of financial data including commentary writing and variance analysis (MOM, with plan and YOY analysis).

- Preparation of Rolling Revenue Projections for the projects based on the contracts and inputs from Sales and Delivery Teams.

- Preparation of Deal Term and Yearly budgets of the contracts assigned. Responsible for budgeting and planning activity for the contracts assigned (This involves yearly budgets for existing contracts and deal term budgets for new contracts.)

- Monthly Profit Improvement Planning and analysis (PIP Analysis) in coordination with the delivery and sales teams of various projects assigned.

- Monthly Profitability analysis (Contract Management Report) of projects assigned and maintenance of margins for these accounts, which includes analysis of revenue composition and cost variance analysis.

- Monthly FTE Analysis of Actual headcount with Budgeted and with CIM (headcount as per contract) for every contract assigned. This includes cost analysis of other major elements related to headcount like facility (seat cost), transport cost etc.
