DM/Manager - eLearning/Employee Engagement - FMCG

The position is responsible for designing, developing & driving Elearning for the organization and thus driving the e learning culture.

The position is also responsible for working towards building employer of choice impact by developing and driving positive employee engagement and experience initiatives.

- Design, Develop & Drive e learning for the organisation

- Ensure continued depth and width of engagement plans across the country.

- Approval of e learning & employee engagement vendors.

- Approval of collaterals for engagement initiatives

The Candidate should have Post graduate / MBA with HR exposure

HR and L&D process knowledge preferred. Very good interpersonal skills, Creative & innovative thinking is essential.
